What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing is best, shorts and a T Shirt with sweat pants are always perfect. You won’t need to take off your clothing because we are experts at treating health concerns using distal acupuncture.
How often should I try to come in?
Once a week is great for general wellness and supporting mental health. 2-3 times a week can help more serious active pain conditions like sciatica or frequent migraines. If you’re trying to quit smoking, coming several days for a week or two at first and tapering off can help manage the stress and cravings.
Whatever your health goals, acupuncture works better when you get treatments often enough to build on each other. Let us know what your resolution is and we can tell you how often we recommend coming in to best support it — and you can come as often as you want!
Get Acupuncture
(and know how to use it)
It’s great for pain & stress
and promoting general health. It commonly relieves back pain, headaches, migraines, anxiety, insomnia, and more.
Get it frequently
for the best results.
2 - 3 visits per week is a good initial dosage. More often in the
beginning is very helpful.
Several days in a row
is encouraged, especially when the pain is really stuck;
or the stress is upsetting your sleep.
Stick with it
until your symptoms ease away.
If you have had your condition for some time, it may take a little
while to work itself out. If you have a flare-up, just visit more often.
It’s safe & relaxing
for all ages and won’t conflict with medications, exercise, or therapy routines.
